Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bracie mobile application (the "App") operated by Gourami Studio ("we," "us," or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

THE BRACIE APP IS AN INFORMATIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL TOOL ONLY. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, DENTAL, OR ORTHODONTIC ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF YOUR ORTHODONTIST OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTH PROVIDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING A MEDICAL CONDITION OR TREATMENT.

The information provided by the App, including but not limited to FAQs and leaflets, is for general educational purposes. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App. Reliance on any information provided by Bracie is solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from information you learn from the App.

2. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You are solely responsible for the content you create, enter, or upload into the App, including visit notes and photographs ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of your User Content. You acknowledge and agree that all User Content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to us. We have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, deletion, or security of your User Content. It is your responsibility to back up your device and your data.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gourami Studio and its licensors. This includes all leaflets, FAQs, source code, designs, and branding. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App and all copies thereof from your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP'S RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOURAMI STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (II) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE APP'S CONTENT; OR (III) ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR APP.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of California, United States], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
